Brent came from a loving Christian home but never really accepted Christ as his saviour. But Jesus kept standing by the door waiting for him. After graduating from university, Brent started to question what he believed again as he felt an emptiness in his heart. He also saw his parents and wanted to have their sense of peace, forgiveness, and unconditional love towards others. He found a good Bible-based church and committed to exploring his faith. After a year, Brent opened the door to Jesus and became a child of God.

 

Although life can be hard, Brent now has a sense of peace, love, and acceptance that allows him to find joy in his life. Brent does fall down in his life’s journey, but he is so thankful for God’s grace, forgiveness, and unconditional love.

 

Brent has been married to Joanna for 8 years and they have 2 energetic boys who keep them both very busy. They have been attending New Beginnings Church for about 9 years, where Brent enjoys being on the worship team playing drums as well as leading men’s ministry.
